1. Services

ProLift Doors ("we", "us") provides residential garage door services, including diagnosis, spring and cable replacement, opener repair and installation, track realignment, panel replacement, and new door installation. All services are subject to technician availability and service-area coverage. Same-day service is offered when scheduling permits and is not guaranteed for every request.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are provided after on-site diagnosis and are approved by the customer before any work begins. Prices may vary based on door type, brand, part availability, and the complexity of the repair. Any additional work discovered during the repair will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of service. Springs, openers, and other parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by vehicle impact, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear on components not serviced by us. Warranty claims require proof of the original service.

4. Safety

Garage door springs and cables are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Customers should not attempt to repair, adjust, or release these components themselves. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from customer attempts to operate or repair a door we have identified as unsafe.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made at the door may be subject to a call-out fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the garage and disclose any known issues, prior repair attempts, or modifications. Vehicles and belongings should be moved clear of the work area. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage concealed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, security incidents, or lost income.

8. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Privacy
